Not too far (from Düsseldorf). Far enough to not commute, but it´s the same area, more or less, isn´t it?
OK, I know why I remember them (apart from having been a CL side when they were first division). I met a kid who played in their youth program. The woman whom I´m great friends with, has a son in Düsseldorf´s program. They were friends (I think the Kaiserslauten kid was from Düsseldorf, as well).
Didn´t the turk striker who was a big deal, but washed out, play there? I can´t remember his name, but I see his face in my imagination. Kevin Kuranji, or something like that?
