Jude is a good player, but he’d probably be a nervous wreck out there. Kid has barely played in the first tier. Throwing him on in a tied cup final would be ridiculous.
I don’t love Henderson, but England needed fresh legs in defensive midfield and are lacking depth in that area.

Which is Southgate’s fault. He should have brought on James Ward-Prowse, especially given some of the free kick positions England have had.

Be bold and not a coward playing it safe
Henderson isn’t the answer in that spot and isn’t fully fit, Jude would have been fine every player will have nerves
