Cincy should be MLS. It would be an awesome rivalry for Columbus.

Hildebrant stopped just short of calling for pro/rel in that interview.

They've beaten two MLS squads in a couple weeks.

It'll be FCC and Miami. Guaranteed a D2 team in the Semis.

Wow, he used to be a Loon.

MLS would be absolutely foolish not to award Cincinnati a spot.

Very impressed by Cincinnati tonight. The Bailey, as they call it, was rocking. I expect them to be in MLS before long. They have the makings of a great expansion team.

Great performance by Hildebrandt, too.

God damn. I never thought I would see the day that you'd hear that sort of crowd reaction for a US Open Cup game. Awesome.

The Houston Dynamo were the only home team to lose. Also, comparing the home crowds for Cincy and Houston is depressing

What really impressed me was so many people in the crowd were wearing jerseys, scarves, and other merchandise. It be one thing if the crowd showed up because it was a big game against a big name club, but these people clearly care enough about the club that they put down hard earned cash for jerseys.

Also, good to see the spirit of the bomb pop Jersey living on

disappointing to watch Chicago lose, but hats off to Cincy... great atmosphere and clutch in the end...

Never thought I'd enjoy watching a US Open Cup match...

cincy beating the fire wasnt all too surprising. Chicago needed a luckkkkkky bounce to beat STLFC last week, and we suck.
