There are few managers who can create this type of juggernaut. Pep is one, Jupp is another. Not sure if there's anyone else right now.

Man U has unlimited money. The net spending between the two clubs this season is like a 50 million £ difference. Is £50 million worth 16 points in the table? It's more likely that City spends money more wisely and has a much better manager.
