It's just odd how reluctant premier league refs are to call that. It's not even just a Skrtel/Liverpool thing. Especially odd since in open play, outside of the box, it's always a foul, and it's often a yellow. Penalties just don't get too much easier to call.

that was definitely a shite goal. Henderson gave the ball up, and Skrtel's inept defending was crap. Skrtel should have easily blocked Adam's shot
