Yea, I'm not all doom and gloom... yet. We still have a long season, a new formation, and still moving our squad around. We are only two league games and the less popular cup draw into the season.

When you boss the league for 20 years straight, you're gonna make a few enemies. And I can't blame the City fans and Scousers for enjoying this. Our rivalries are historic. I have to say I would get some amusement out of it if it happened to them
I still have faith that LVG will get it right at some point this season. We'll have to give him some time to see, after injured players return and new signings have a chance to bed down. If anything, I think this loss will kill the notion of going three at the back long-term. I think we were always looking to go 4-3-3 anyway, and new signings will allow us to do this. Four at the back will help our defensive outlook. But, again, I do think we'll get it right at some point. Question for me is: will we slash and burn too much ground in the early part of the season to catch up.
ETA: Thanks for listening.

I'm more concern that LvG, after two losses, has signed autographs afterwards...anyone else catch that? maybe I'm making too much of it but that really rubs me the wrong way...I couldn't imagine doing that after an opening day HOME loss and then again yesterday...
Pawwwwwl...

Hopefully not. Really want to be back in UCL.
From LvG presser after the match yesterday he said Di Maria is going to allow him to change the system. Straight from his mouth. I'm not sure if that means abruptly or transition slowly but I guess we'll see this weekend.

Ok finally time for me to break it all down.
Away matches are awesome.
LvG just got it wrong last night. The youngsters were not ready esp with the new system. James was almost scared out there. Lots of the young players did not know how to move and create space just lots of standing around. Its seems like the Moyes effect is still in these guys head and LvG is going to have to beat it out of them.
Fat Anderson was awful. Johnny Evans bloody hell directly responsible for two goals. Awful choice for captain. Wilson looked ok when he came on. Welbeck was the only one out there making runs but no one could get him the ball esp while everyone else just stands around.
Januzaj should have dominated out there but it was like his head wasn't in it. Hernandez wtfffffffffff this guy played in the WC. Did he regress that much in one season under Moyes. He gave the ball away at least 15 times.
As for sitting in the away section it was awesome, no sitting just singing. Even down 4-0 we were singing and partying like we won. MK Dons is fake in every way. If you watched the game all that noise you heard the last 15 mins wasn't them. It was the Red Army. We sung the same song for a good 12 mins.
I know this sounds a little off but being there seeing United hit rock bottom and staying until the final whistle made me love the club even more.
The passion being with the away fans is the real soul of the club.
United is truly a religion. I will post pics and maybe a video when I get home from work.
We’ll never die, we’ll never die
We’ll never die, we’ll never die
We’ll keep the Red flag flying high
‘Cos Man United will never die

That's awesome. We could clearly hear you guys singing the entire time. Even at four nil down. From 20 times 20 times to U N I T E D.
Props to the away fans.

Yeah, Man U tried to help out Roma by loaning him to Fiorentina last year but shockingly La Viola didn't pick up the option to buy.

To think that Anderson once kept Paul Scholes out of the starting lineup of a European final still blows my mind

I saw on the twitters a CP insider is claiming Zaha back to Palace on loan with a view to a permanent move at the end of the season.

He used to be so good at picking the ball up and running at the oppostition at some serious speed. Now it was't always controlled but I think anyone who has ever played will agree that defending someone coming at you at speed is pretty difficult. This was also before he was super fat.

Rumors of a deal with Vidal today now just to negotiate a transfer fee. No reputable sources though

That's been the rumor since early June.

At this point I'm numb to Vidal rumors. Will make the deadline either really exciting or expected in terms of Vidal. He is exactly what the club needs, but if they are that worried about his knee so as not to pay then that scares the hell out of me.

I understand.. But I haven't heard a contract has agreed with between united and Vidal. I understand it might not happen but better than the rumors from a week or two ago that the deal was dead in the water

Yea but that agreement has allegedly been in place all summer. Juve has always been the stumbling block with their asking price. Hopefully they give in eventually.
