Mentally preparing for a Spurs-esque type of exit with a VAR situation and a 0-1 loss at the death

I was watching the game by myself, but I bet the ghost in the room $1,000 that Mahrez would miss the pen.

Peter is a fricking dick to Micah in the post game show.

What an April for Manchester City Football Club:

4/17 - FA Cup 1/4 Final @ Chelsea
4/21 - EPL @ Villa
4/25 - League Cup Final v. Tottenham
4/27 - Champions Leage Semi-Final @ PSG

Good LAWD

Not a fan of the cup final being two days before the semis. Hopefully that is played on Wednesday and not Tuesday.

Who knows what is true, but apparently rumors are heating up that City’s no. 1 target this summer is Harry Kane and not Haaland.

Fraction of the price of Haaland, but I’m not a Harry Kane fan.

Kane would be great for us, but his injury history scares me.

Yeah I'm kind of torn.

Kane is proven and I think he would absolutely kill it. He's (probably?) cheaper, English, and the best striker in England. At 28, we should get 5ish really productive years. After that, you get what you can and move on but you're likely taking a large hit. The injuries worry me as well.

Haaland will cost an arm and a leg BUT he looks to be the real deal and is young. The philosophy has been to buy young, get the best, and IF they move on you make a profit while getting good money (Sane). Haaland has said he wants to move around so you're looking at 3-5 years. If he works out, the club gets a solid return if he leaves. If not, we're talking about a record transfer fee being a bust.

I lean Kane ever so slightly and only because he's cheaper and a known entity in the league. Plus I think he's pretty plug and play for Pep's system.

I’d love Saint Harry - dude proudly sings our beautiful anthem. has nary a tattoo about his person, and is rumoured to be right wing AF
