it's reitterating what he already said...that Chillini essentially ran into Suarez' open mouth and as a result Suarez chomped down on his shoulder

What would the clause accomplish? I really wouldn't care that Liverpool would have to pay his wages when he couldn't play. I WOULD care about how it would affect his transfer valuation.
