that's cool... find it funny that you said to "grow up" yet here you are personally attacking me....

i don't believe i have sunk to your level of personal attack, did i? nor will i, because in the end, you are not worth being banned over, but again, it's easy to be so insulting with the ability to remain completely anonymous over the internet.....

i'd be a different story if you had to say the things you are saying to my face, but i don't expect anything less from you, i suppose....

In Neil Degrasse Tyson I trust. If he told me to support Liverpool then I would drop Chelsea like a bad habit.

You keep throwing around this term 'good', but I don't think you have any idea how to define what 'good' is, especially when it pertains to what is happening on the pitch. You're quick to point out every wrong, and pass sweeping judgement on everything. Yet you offer very little in terms of what you think we or Rodgers needs to do to 'fix' the situation.

We played well today. Kept possession, created a shite load of chances, but as Beast said, we just haven't found a way to pick the lock yet. I take this to mean we have very good mastery of 2/3 of the game. Not fricking bad when you consider all the squad changes over the last year.

Clearly Liverpool is not playing to your standards. It's going to take time. And when I say this, I mean there is a very real possibility that we may not be playing what you call 'good' football anytime this season. Until then, maybe just take a deep breath, and have a beer?

ETA: I believe this is where you go wrong... when you say things like the team sucks. When in truth, we simply do not suck. The statistics verify this. Now if you were to say we suck at finishing, I would agree wholeheartedly. But please stop passing sweeping judgement over the entire team. It's unbecoming of a Liverpool supporter.

And how about you? You are calling him out for something you are also doing. Seems kinda strange.

as in creating a favorable outcome.... or in Liverpool's case, win a fricking game that you SHOULD win.....

pissing away 3 points to weaker teams, which has been the trend the past couple of seasons, puts us in a very big hole, and then we have to do the unthinkable vs. the better teams.... if we'd win the games we should win, it gives you a little cushion for a bad result down the road...

the "well, next week we'll get 'em" bullshite ain't cutting it... before you know it, there like 4 weeks left to the season and you have to work a small miracle to get where you need to be.... this team consistent on one thing: squandering opportunities.... scoring, winning, etc....

there ain't much right, so what else am i supposed to lament on? trust me, i'd be singing from the mountain tops if we'd be winning.... but we aren't.... an we aren't just losing to good to great clubs... we aren't performing even vs. the worst clubs....

i KNOW we aren't going anywhere this season, but at least beat the teams that are worse than you, which i think anyone would agree Sunderland is...

If you can't watch a match like today's and not see everything we did right, then I simply don't know what to tell you.

It's like arguing about whether or not a pentel writing pen is a good pen or not, when we cannot even agree that it is in fact a pen!

when it comes down to it, i would rather an ugly win than a pretty loss.... i guess this is where i differ from most of you....

i don't care that we held possession longer than they did.... i don't care that we had more shots than they did.... all i care about is the fact that this was a team we SHOULD be winning against and we did not....
at the end of the day, we should have had 3 points today, yet, again we have to settle for 1.... and yeah, 1 is better than 0, but at the same time, again, we SHOULD be beating teams like this....

you can have the moral victories, and the nice stats, and "progress" that they seem to be making, but at the end of the day, if we don't collect enough points in the table, we get relegated.... that's my point.... and while i don't think we will, we aren't really helping ourselves out when don't make the most of days like today vs. inferior teams.... that's my entire point....

We are getting better each week at playing like Rodgers wants us to. We have a good defense behind us, all we need to do is find a way to score and we will have a decent season. With that said, it won't be easy. Things will continue to get worse before they get better. We won't finish the season where any of us want to, but we will take strides towards the future.

i'd replace Reina right now if i could.... he has looked very bad... the back line has looked terrible at times and look at the number of goals we are conceding.... how's this a "good" defense?

well, you solved it Sherlock.... i guess we can all rest easy now.... but seriously, what personnel, that we currently have gives you any hope that we will be able to do what you are supposing? Borini? Suarez? Gerrard? do you see where i'm going with this? we don't have much scoring threat, thus we cannot manufacture goals... when we do get an opportunity, we usually clang it off the cross bar or send it high or wide... WE DON'T SCORE... combine with Reina's piss poor play, that's a bad combo....
