Yep. Pool and Arsenal can dream all they want about Hazard, but Lille turned down 30mm from Arsenal and he isn't going anywhere in this transfer window. Probably not in January either because he will be CL tied.

Haven't seen it anywhere else but BBC reporting LFC got first option to buy Hazard whenever Lille decide to sell him.
