Just wanted to avoid an asskicking and still couldn’t do it
I would’ve started Summerville but Aaronson played well. Wish Adams was fit because we have no midfield depth.

We’re like 1 win from being 5 points clear yet we just can’t get there
What worries me is the reaction the last 2 games. We reacted brilliantly against forest when we went behind. The last 2 games we’ve just folded as soon as the other teams score. We’re right in the mix, our goal difference is finally shite ( Newman “what took you so long” jpeg) and we have key injuries again. I think i felt better last season at this point.
Now the boo birds are out. Maybe going to London this weekend will be good for them. The players look less confident than at any point last season. No clue what the frick happened between forest and palace at halftime. Hopefully Wober has a 20/21 Llorente effect on the defense and we stop leaking goals.

Losing Adams and Wober really hurt.
Damnit Willy getting his knock as well has limited his big impact.

Im still just kinda shocked how much of a 180 has happened since the forest game 2 weeks ago
Especially the second half against palace.
I feel like something bigger is going on within the club. Feels like something has been rotting and it’s spreading to the pitch

Looking at the squad who played last evening it leaves a lot to be desired. The makeup of the team below is all over the map, that all falls at ortas feet for not having a vision for the club and just blowing where the manager wants. Always looking for the next project etc.
Rodrigo - blows hot and cold, doesn’t feel like he is worth 27 million
Sinisterra - talented winger, hopefully these random injuries aren’t a sign of things to come
Harrison - hot and cold guy, when he is on he is great when he isn’t can’t even tell he is on the pitch
Aaronson - can press and has a high work rate, needs to develop physically to handle the premier league defenders pushed around to easy
McKennie - inconsistent and can’t believe we could be on the hook for 30+ million this summer if we stay up
Roca - for a supposed good passer out of the midfield he really doesn’t make to many line breaking passes
Firpo - recently found some form, but has been a nothing for most of his time at leeds
Struijk - up and down player, hasn’t been the same since cutting his hair
Koch - up and down player, has good games but some games suck
Kristensen - Red Bull player brought in for Marsch ball, but he sucked at that and still sucks now
Meslier - young talented keeper, still needs work to his game but improving
Summerville - talented young guy needs work on getting back to help defend
Rutter - looks raw but hey he only cost 34 million, not sure what role he actually plays long term
Willy - best player on the team, Orta lucky to sign him when he missed on a lot of others this summer
Forshaw - hardly ever gets to play because of being hurt
