Just realized Clint won't get his chance to join that elite list of players who scored in

4 world cups.
And Pulich obviously won't get a chance to join that list.
Its a tough list to join - you've got to be at a high level yourself, injury free for each of those cups, and your team has to qualify every four years.

JMO, but Clint is one of the most selfish players I can remember representing our country in any sport. Just a me first, look at me type of guy who could get away with it because of talent.
The amount of times he pouted, and then refused to help back was ridiculous, and I’m glad I don’t have to see that in meaningful matches anymore.

saw it last night in extra time. He tries doing some fancy back heel shite in the box very nonchalantly like it's not important that we do whatever necessary to get shots off at that time. Just get your foot on the ball and make sure you are in control of it. You're in the fricking box. maybe they foul you, maybe you get a shot off and they block it for a corner kick, maybe you score, maybe they take it from you. 3 of those 4 scenarios were good ones. His lack of giving a shite and trying to flick a pass off his back heal over the defender to himself, which the goalie would have gotten anyway, had a less than 1% chance of somethign good happening.
