I had to explain the situation to my dad. Some people don't get it. I do wished more radio programs would talk about soccer more and better educate people.

Yeah Americans hate something that requires some thought. I know people that tell me they don't like movies with subtitles. Reading is hard!

Exactly. I listen to Rome fairly often but when he goes on one of the anti soccer rants, I just tune out and come back later. Problem solved.

Got to watch the game at a bar with a large group of AO supporters. Was nice to see the reaction at the end of the game from people who actually understand how valuable the tie was.

I do wish we had had a shot on goal though
