I think we differ in the definition of dynamic and static. Especially the concept of motion and frequency of the same.

Well, most of the major matches on the board are Euro matches (I'm more of an MLS fan but I'm in the minority here 
). And the World Cup is taking place during weekdays as well. It's just a courteous rule that no one questions until you or a couple others come along every four years.

Because some people here work and or live overseas so games have to be recorded. They may still stop by for a second to discuss the US game coming up or maybe to read an article on Qatar '22. Keeping scores out of the thread titles respects those people's viewing schedules and it's done knowing someone can just as easily find the score somewhere else if wanted.
