Is such an arse kicker. We had a game that ended at midnight tonight. It's been a lot of fun though and I appreciate the sport more playing it. I was the classic American that played until I was 10 and then switched to other sports. Full circle

You've been complaining a lot lately.
I've always thought the owner was a nice guy. Took a massive financial risk to bring an indoor center to Baton Rouge and I'm glad it's working out for him.

what kind of surface do you yall have there?
3G or old school carpet. I won't even bother if its not 3G.
I love playing futsal as well.

What is 3G? Ours is this spongy carpet ype material. Has some flex and bounce to it.

I enjoy playing in Madisonville but the field turf needs some TLC now. Wasn't the highest quality to begin with and wear and tear is showing.
And yeah those late starts are brutal. By the time I get home and wind down I am not in bed until 1230 or so.

I dont know anything about the owner but i had to give it up for similar reason. Only 1 field means some of your games start super late and it's just too far away.

I called a few times to get more info about leagues or joining a team. Both times, I left messages for someone with whoever answered, never heard back on any attempt.

I would try contacting them on Facebook maybe.

I have no input in this thread topic wise, but had a female telling me about how creepy Jason was, yesterday.

Jason's a nice enough guy.
I loved playing indoor in BR but had to stop for a few reasons.
1) the facility was too far. St. Gabriel is a hike and there's only one way there. If you don't live in south BR It's a pain in the arse to get to.
2) crazy times. 11 pm games on weekdays with a 6 am work alarm the next day? I'm good.
3) disorganization. I don't know how many times I showed up and the other team didn't, or the game was canceled and we weren't told, or we were super delayed. I'd say things went off schedule more than they stayed on schedule. The worst was no shows. Drive 30 minutes for a no show and just turn around a go back.
The men's league for BR soccer isn't perfect. But the times are reasonable. It's pretty organized. And it's competitive enough.
