It would be a great move for Hyndman to go to Tottenham. They are the best team in the Premier League, according to countless managers.

He was horribly underused by previous managers but seemed to settle into the good graces when Jokanovic came on board. I get why he wouldn't want to renew at Fulham but it's such a shame. Another example of Fulham's outstanding youth setup providing great talent to other teams (see Pat Roberts at City).

He should not sign with a top tier Prem team. He needs to play. Of the three listed in the article, West Ham is the place I see him getting the most PT.

Jokanovic recently said two key things regarding Hyndman. First, Hyndman needs to become physically stronger as he was viewed as a little slight for the Championship. Second, the manager admitted that Hyndman should have been utilized better and received more minutes.

He'd be a decent enough replacement for Carrick, although Carrick is utterly fantastic and underrated. If Hyndman signed for Man U and actually got game time I would be super impressed.
