You know, you may want to put cleats in parenthesis behind boots. And if we really want to be asses, it's keeper =\= goalie

There is a chance I could be in Laffy for the UCL Final. Where do I go?

I'd assume the bulldog. Two kids = very little bar action for mm.
I'd say my house, but I'm pretty sure the mister would draw and quarter me, lol

If only you'd have said red bull and vodka...

Bump.
If you want me to add something, post it in here, and I'll try to have it done sometime late tonight or tomorrow.

This is great. Now I can go back and actually comprehend what everyone is saying in all the threads I've entered.
Can I be a supersub for the Germany expertise?

Great idea. I was already planning on working on one to get it up this weekend.

Since this is your brainchild, please post whatever you want included in the master thread.

Quick ideas:
Nicknames of each player that has one (Beckerdreads, Lex Luthor, Jurgy, etc.)
Extremely short bios of each USMNT player and Jurgy
Commentators
Twitter people to follow
Blogs to read
Who to contact around the world (me, SCH, thenry, etc.) and places to watch matches (Finn's, Fado, Bulldog, Plough and the Stars, etc.)
More soccer-specific words (tifo, pitch, the offside rule)
We should also do quick rundowns of each group in separate threads (and link on HTSOTSB) like we did last time.

Sam's Army: Older group, predecessor of the American Outlaws in being an organized supporters' group around the country. Less enthusiastic, with older members, now, than AO.

I'm working on a new thread that will be updated throughout the evening. Please use this thread for any extra suggestions.

As long as there is a section praising the founders (me), the drunks (me) and the most beloved humans on Earth (not Randy).

I would add a definition of "boots" since most people on this side of the pond would just call them cleats.

WSE, I think you should reword the offside description. "The receiver of a pass cannot be closer to the goal than the ball and the second-to-last defender (the goalkeeper usually is the last defender) when the ball is initially touched" sounds like it depends on when the receiving player first touches it.
Cross: A lofted pass that usually goes toward the front of the goal for headers. Crosses are usually played from the wings.
