Mexico: Makes sense. Border rivals, lots of interaction between fans, the only 2 teams that sniff the CONCACAF Gold Cup title etc.
Ghana: Makes sense. Team that has knocked the US out of the last 2 WCs, is there more history here as well or is it pretty much just that?
Italy / Germany: What? Why? Is this a holdover from us defeating the Axis Powers?
