I would think there would have to be a game in Chicago.
Keep in mind that there is a 2013 Gold Cup as well.

But what's more important, qualifying or the 2nd Gold Cup? I think Chicago is one of our best locations as far as fan support.it has to have a spot in qualifying.

Wasn't it the Gold Cup in 09 where we got smoked 5-0 by Mexico because we sent basically a youth squad since we had Confed Cup later that summer?

Mexico should be in Columbus. Although Darke mentioned having them in Kansas City, which I would love for my own selfish reasons.
The Last game should be in Washington D.C. That was a great atmosphere last hex.
The other 3.
Seattle
Kansas City
and Houston for Jamaica, unless they're the last game in DC, then Philadelphia.

Here's an article on the scheduling of the games - LINK
quote:
In August 2010, officials from Concacaf, the sport’s regional governing body, decided that the teams that advance to the final round of qualifying would attempt to fashion a schedule among themselves. That meeting is expected to be held Friday in Miami, pending confirmation from Concacaf. US Soccer confirmed Wednesday that it was waiting for word from New York.
If the principals are unable to reach an agreement (and why would they?), FIFA would then hold a draw on Nov. 7 after seeding the teams. It will most likely use some inscrutable formula that factors in the FIFA world rankings. That would make Mexico No. 1 and the United States No. 2, followed by Panama, Jamaica, Honduras and Costa Rica.

at some point we have to get over fearing Latinos will take over the stadium...

It's not about fear, it's about home field advantage. If the USA played Mexico in Houston, it would be a Mexican home game. You've got to give your team the best advantage you can when scheduling.

Yeah that gold cup game in LA might as well have been at Azteca. Very outnumbered there

Source: Hexagonal countries could not reach an agreement on Hex schedule today. As a result, FIFA will organize the draw on November 7.
