Jamaica - Washington, DC

Panama - Kansas City
Hopefully Portland and Seattle can get grass installed in an acceptable manner for potential qualifying games. That's the only hurdle they face.

They better not have any of them in the west/midwest is all I know. I love that part of the country, but its support for soccer sucks about as much as its illegal alien ratio does.

Seattle and Portland are tough, because it adds another 5 hours to the Euro players' flights.
Imagine a weekend like this Friday/Tuesday, where players get released from clubs on Monday spend 12-15 hours (just in the air... not travel time) to get to Seattle for training, play on Friday and then have to get to somewhere like Costa Rica for Tuesday.
That's why Denver and Salt Lake are about as far west as we've gone in qualifying (and sparingly, at that) in years past.
Great environment... logistical nightmare.

They can put down sod in the offseason. If they play a game there in February, the Seahawks and Sounders won't be playing, allowing for grass to be installed in ample time.

I don't know if that'll happen though. I don't know if they'll take the turf up, lay sod for one game, put new turf back down. Per US Soccer it's the only reason why there hasn't been a game in Seattle, lately. We will see.

I didn't even think about that. I was afraid there was too much Latin influence to have a home game here. A game against Jamaica would be perfect. I think that would be a good reason to finally join the Houston chapter of the AO.
