Just posted it too but I'll delete it
Where did you get this btw? The DFB website had Volland and Klose as their two strikers with Podolski in the midfield.
I'm pulling for Goretzka make the plane. It won't happen but that kid's good

How does Khedira make this considering that he hasn't played since like October?

Because he's good and will likely be fit in time for the tournament
If Michael Bradley was in a similar situation, they'd have to take me to the hospital in a whambulance if Klinsmann left him out

Not sure where you got that from but the list on Reddit shows Volland and Klose as the two strikers and has Poldi in midfield (not that it matters, just saying)
I'm kind of surprised they didn't invite Kruse just to have another forward though, I suppose we'll see a lot of Mueller false 9

I thought Draxler was Germerican.

Man, I wish.
The roster has a decidedly un-bavarian feel to it. Only 7 of the 30.

Shkodran Mustafi (Sampdoria)
Depressing fact: David Moyes released him in 2012

No Adler, Gomez, Sven, or Max Kruse? Is Gundogan still not fit?
I want ter Stegen to make it even though he has struggled in international play.

If only our CB pairing for the future was Stones and Mustafi. Damn, Moyes.

I don't think Gundogan played much since his injury and was ruled out of the world cup a while back. Not sure if much has changed since then

Germany would have won WWII with that lineup.

German players called up who were on the squad when we beat them last summer: Benedikt Howedes, Per Mertesacker, Julian Draxler, Andre Schurrle, Lukas Podolski, Lars Bender, Miroslav Klose, and Ron-Robert Zieler.
Some of these guys may not make the final 23 but still a pretty quality side we faced considering some people played down the win.

I guess the big tactical question is whether Löw will opt to start to Klose or use Götze or Müller as a false 9.
