I might wait on getting a PS4 just in case the early systems have any bugs.

Question. I just bought the game and played a game. I'm trying to start an Ultimate Team but it won't load. It said "starts your squad" and it tries to load then just goes back to the main menu. Anyone know why?

If Aaron Ramsey was still posting here I would've congratulated him on his game winning goal against Spurs last night.

I like the pace a lot. Took a while to get used to, but it feels better than the old FIFA games where really fast guys with average ball handling were the easy ways to success.

The menus are killing me. Takes forever to do anything.

It was shockingly unresponsive on my PS3. Wonder if it is optimized for the next generation

yeah and i get mad at this, and have for years. i'm sure down the road it will make online play better

i got the game last night and just played my first UT game. i didn't play a real game against the computer, and i haven't played a game online. i just started a career with aston villa and did a little bit. the squad management took forever, even just to sub a guy

I started a player career with AZ Alkmaar on PC. I didn't get the game last year, but I love the improvements from 12.

Got my arse kicked in my first few online games, but my past few have ended with me in the mid-60s in terms of possession % and 3 straight wins

Straight counter attack doesn't work but the diagonal ball is on all day after 3 or 4 passes. Also, the ball physics have led to some sexy and unexpected goals. My best goal was probably on a back post corner where my striker was probably half a yard off the endline, but blistered a header above the keeper and in off the crossbar. Wish I had saved that now that I'm thinking about it

This is by design, and I think it's going to pay off for their efforts. Their goal was to make the game more realistic without making it too hard to pick up and play for someone new to the game. Really good strikes have all the menace of one in real life, and I think it all comes down to the ball not being a balloon anymore. It was definitely the first thing I noticed.

Hell, I just like that you can get a 1 on 1 with the keeper after a through ball. I played 2012 for two years and never once saw that happen.

Because we all know every professional keeper is going to run at you full blast and dive at your feet with no regard for their safety.

Per Ives' recent post detailing the USA player ratings...Timmy Chandler is the highest rated defensive player in the USA player pool.

I love the game. I have scored a bigger variety of goals in 4 days than I did playing '13 for a year.

Even had an AI defender own goal after a cross across the face of goal. Don't remember that happening on '13.

It's the little things that change it for the better. I hated that speed was more important than tactics in some cases, and I've seen a lot less of it. You still have those players who'll burn defenders, but those players do that in real life too. Once the PC version isn't limited by console hardware, it'll be even better. As a software engineer and knowing what hardware is capable of, I'm really excited to see them focus more and more on getting physics to feel real and adding more weight to FIFA and sports games in general.

Compare this FIFA on the Xbox 360 to what FIFA 07 was like, and it's a major difference. Graphically, even, its got better, and this is on hardware that hasn't changed or improved, outside of tweaks for heat and power consumption, since 2005. With the right tool set and optimization, this FIFA and even the Xbox One/PS4 versions are only a peak at what's up next.

Only two questions now: Who needs a PC opponent, and who has a good Dos A Cero chant for me to mod it to play when I'm beating Mexico 2-0?
