Enjoy the most beautiful game on Earth. Should be easy after that

JUST KIDDING MAN, SOUTHAMPTON IS A GREAT TEAM TO START FOLLOWING. THEY HAVE A GREAT TRACK RECORD OF PRODUCING YOUNG HOMEGROWN PLAYERS and i had no fricking clue the caps lock was on and am not re-typing that shite but anyway, they score lots of goals and play an attractive style. doubt they can keep up this pace but they should be in the mix for a top 6 finish which would have seemed impossible after they sold their best players over the summer.

everyone in america just picks one of the best 7 or 8 teams in the world after making up some horse shite reasoning for liking them that is basically "they are really fricking good" in different words. this board is no different.
btw, this is really the only way to go about it since you more than likely wont have any actual connection to any team. good luck!

Just don't pick Tottenham Hotspur. They plugged perfectly into my Houston Aggie fandom...

Why can't I choose them?
And by Houston Aggie fandom, does that mean Tottenham plays little to no defense?

With every game televised, just watch in the morning and see who you gravitate to.

But in all seriousness, don't pick arsenal.

Watch the rest of the MLS Cup Playoffs, as well. Here is a schedule for you: LINK
I'm a Sporting KC fan, but we were knocked out in the Play-In Game this year, after winning MLS Cup last year. The four teams left in the playoffs are arguably the 4 strongest teams as of late.
Western Conference: LA Galaxy vs Seattle Sounders
LA has a soon-to-be retiring Landon Donovan, MVP candidate Robbie Keane (won't be playing against the USMNT tomorrow, though), and young American Gyasi Zardes. They play Seattle, who are led by US Captain Clint Dempsey, MVP candidate Obafemi Martins, and they also have DeAndre Yedlin, a young, speedy, right sided player who will be joining Tottenham in the EPL soon.
Eastern Conference: New England Revolution vs New York Red Bulls
NE have been on a tear since adding USMNT player Jermaine Jones, but the real star of this side is Lee Nguyen, another MVP candidate. They have a lot of quality and have probably been the best team in the league since summer. NY has turned it on since the playoffs started, led by the great Thierry Henry and another MVP candidate who led the league in goals this year, Bradley Wright-Phillips.
TL;DR: You've got an MVP candidate on each of the four teams along with some of the best American players and one of the game's legends. But you should still become a Sporting KC fan.

Yet all your pub friends are Arsenal fans. You never cease trolling. I have to give it up to you.

He clearly isn't satisfied with 4th place with his other teams, so why would he be in soccer?

Pick Tottenham. Those Thursday night games in Romania are so awesome.
