Need a striker in the absolute worst way possible.
I’ve watched a ton of soccer throughout the years, and I cannot recall a manager making no subs, like Frank did yesterday.

First win of the season.
And it feels so good.

Yup. Lots of promise with this team.

Also, Keane would have 100% put the ball in our own net on that early chance. Thank goodness for Coady and Tark. Wonder how many times a loanee has been a captain for a game before.

Fun fact: Three PL teams unbeaten in their last 5. They are Man City, Tottenham and Everton

Frank is doing exactly what I hoped - a tear down and rebuild with a mix of really solid experienced players and young guys who are hungry with upside. Instead of washed up names looking for another payday while cruising, guys like Coady and Tark and Gana likely to embrace the leadership role and who have a genuine interest in helping the younger talent develop.

I just hope EFC supporters are patient enough to recognize the reality of what's ahead. Several seasons of mid table, so long as the foundation is growing, is fine. Big club, etc. - but we were in a deep hole and it's not easy to get out.

Really been enjoying the product on the pitch.

Also, 6 goals conceded in 7 games is great. We just need to start netting some and we will be alright!

We had literally no striker in the first match on the roster, then depended on Rondon in the next few.

More goals will be coming shortly boys.

Patterson just injured his knee playing for Scotland

Didn’t look too serious but probably keep him out a couple matches. He’s looked good this season

Another win for the good guys.
DCL may never play soccer again.
Gordon didn’t start. Weird.
Coleman will take Patterson’s spot for a couple matches.

Frank is out.
Rumors abound that Baines, Dunk, or Sam Dyche are coming on board.
Like Deadheads, we are looking for a miracle, year II.

Gordon out to Newcastle for $40mil and depending on performance, up to $45mil.

Dyche in to save us.

Legitimately looks like we've got no incomings

EFC fans are unrealistic and it's a significant problem, but this has to be the most inexplicably mismanaged club in Europe
