Gomes May be out forever.
Brutal injury.

That’s probably going to be a pretty long layoff. I think he will be able to come back but it may not be at the same level as before, unfortunately

This team is cursed. 3rd player to have an injury like that in the past 3 years.

Gomes had surgery on his fractured ankle. He could be back in 4-6 months.
Time for Davies to step up.

Son’s red card was overturned by the FA and he won’t even receive a yellow card. What a load of shite.

I mean its whatever. Should a red card be given for the intent or the outcome? If the injury doesn't happen it's just a yellow and likely no one gives it a second thought.
I do find it frustrating how quickly the narrative went to making Son the victim in all of this. I get that everyone likes Son, but damn, you'd think he was the one that had his leg snapped in half the way the media is talking about him.

Cenk and Digne comforting him while everyone else is puking

Silva OUT. He's had time and money and he can't produce results. December is going to be brutal. He needs to go before the next window.

He gone
Pochettino pls come to Everton instead of Bayern

Did I hear the announcers correctly?
We’ve spent $480mil since Dec 2016??
4th most in premier league..if so, that’s crazy.
Everton’s offensive strategy is simply to play balls in the box. Super frustrating.

He should be gone. Can’t beat a relegation side at home and all we did was cross the ball into the box and hope.

We ridin for Hag?
I'm fine with that.
I bet it's Howe. I'm out if it's Moyes.

Im guessing marco will get this Liverpool match as one last stand. We draw/put up a fight, he gets another game and a chance to build some form. We get drilled in a merseyside derby and he prolly gone.
Posted on 12/4/19 at 3:03 pm to Pettifogger
That should do it for Marco
Shame, I did like him
And while I think he's obviously part of the problem I don't think he's all or even most of it. There is something culturally fricked at EFC.

Would like to see Brands’ plan unfold but unless he can figure out the squad over the next 6-12 months he needs to be on notice too.

Same. I wish we could have at least seen what he could have done this year with a healthy roster.

We are in a terrible cycle right now. Blowing a ton of money in transfers and firing the manager every 2 years is a disaster. We just need to bring in someone safe and hit the reset button.
I hate to say it, but someone like Big Sam might actually be a good decision for us long term. Play boring but safe soccer, clear out the dead weight, and start fresh in 2 years.
