Can't wait for the UEFA EURO 2016 to start tomorrow. Several good teams have been qualified.
Any predictions about which country might win?

Put all my chips on Wales. Bale is GOAT.

How much money did you lose?

You know how you can actually convince yourself of some crazy shite if you really want to and you say it enough....that's what happened to that old boy.

I hope RM can keep Bale. I'm very intrigued to see what a good performance in the Euros can do for him heading into next season. I think it could be a real break out year for him at the Bernabeu if he wants to stay.

the team seems to be moving pieces to make him the centerpiece of the team. i mean ronaldo, super elite club legend, is reportedly on the block
it's crazy that real just won the CL and appear to be making a bunch of major moves. however, it is real and they get the largest set of BS rumors every year, so maybe it's not that big of a deal. it does seem like the alaba stuff is legit, as well as moving benzema and james

I thought they should have done this prior to last year.....although I knew not a whole lot player personnel wise was going to change when Rafa came on.

I'm of the mind that if Ronaldo wants to make a move RM won't necessarily try to block or counter that move. I could be wrong.

I think James is a no brainer. He ain't ever going to get the offensive freedom that he wants under Zidane. With the way that Modric and Kroos have been playing he will continue to ride the pine until RM needs more attacking options in the latter stages of a match. Benzema surprises me a little more......I wonder how much of it may be related to the extortion case.

i think real wants to sell him more than ronaldo wants to leave. likely real's $ expectations are out of line with reality

Of course aren't everyones
Although if the PL wants him back.....got to pay the man (the man being Florentino).

I don't buy that Kroos, Modric, and Casemiro midfield as a long-term solution, because it's seriously anemic when Real Madrid has to break a team down.
I also doubt they will ship Ronaldo out unless he forces it himself. They can't even get him to sit on the bench when he's obviously injured.

tournament that made me fall in love with international soccer.
i prefer to euro's over the WC actually.

I always support Germany once the Yanks are out of the WC but since I abhor their recent governmental actions I will be supporting Poland (I am 25% Polish and 75% German/Swiss).

Why is that Winston? Is it because they have been too lenient with the migrant crisis? Sounds like you just want to make Deutschland great again!

You could be right but James couldn't have paid Zidane to start him over one of those 3 after they killed the Rafa experiment.

Not for me. The South American teams historically have played a much more attractive brand of football than the Europeans.

He played in the league tbf
I certainly don't have a good answer for what Real Madrid should do this summer. I think that it's a squad that has had too many hands on it, and I think that Zidane went with that lineup so that they'd stop leaking goals in big games, but it's still a lineup that produced a whopping two goals from open play in their final five CL games.
