I thought Gerrard was the best player on the pitch the first half, but would give MoTM to Walcott for that super sub spark they needed...

Gerrard was great in the 1st half, wish he could have got that goal at the end. Can't wait to see if Roy starts Theo next game.

Holy Roly Moly
That final goal was fanfrickingtastic.
I don't follow international sides much, so I really appreciate all of you posting here. I am learning a lot about individual players.

You should try and find an EPL side to follow. Nothing better than the fall with your EPL team playing in the morning and then college football all day long. You won't regret it.

Or the two fine young men who subbed in for England. One of them being the difference in the match. Arsenal FC would be that one Bama Chick.

The exact same. We need a Euro Finals TDSB takeover of Finn's.

I am inclined to support Everton because of my undying love for Cakes and Timmy - they are literally my 2 favorite players on the USMNT.
I can't see me adopting a La Liga side - I don't care for their style of soccer - I know, I know I'm an old fuddy dudy.
Maybe a Bundesliga side.
Plus, Everton's crest is badass and their corporate logo has two elephants and that appeals to my inner gumpness.

Whats the date of the final?

Hands down the best game of Euro 2012 so far, the first instant classic in my opinion.
Walcott was just incredible in the second half. I wonder if Hodgson thinks about taking Milner out of the starting line-up. And who will be subbed out for Rooney?
I'm thinking they keep the same defenders and do this in midfield and attack:
Parker
Walcott-Stevie G-Ashley Young
Rooney-Carroll
I realize this involves sitting Welbeck, so they could put him in Young's place as well.

That would keep our fandom universe in order...

Eh, I'm an LA Galaxy fan and Alabama fan - I'm used to getting flamed

Iwas going to suggest Everton or Fulham because of Clint. Good choice there.

With Ox as a spark off the bench.
ETA: going to re-watch the second half tonight for sure.
