Can I have one damn weekend where I’m not totally disgusted by Chelsea? Thought we had turned a corner and made a big statement but no, Blues had to choke away a sure win. Just can stand success.

About to choke this away. Typical fricking Chelsea

It finally happened. One of his lazy arse passes from the back finally bite the squad in the arse. He makes that mistake once per game.

At least once. Hate that idiot. Forget those shitty passes, he’s just not a good keeper period. What a wasted acquisition.

We’re still without many good players nursing injuries. If we can ever get healthy this could be a very competitive side. Can’t wait to see Nkunku. And I trust Poch.

And, like so many of our moves, it made no sense from the start. How did anyone think that guy was ready for this level?

We have no finisher. Nobody. Many good chances so far and no one to fill the net. Cole Palmer is absolutely brilliant. What an acquisition.

74 minutes. Chelsea have 33 touches in the box and can’t get a point.

Palmer is amazing. We need a finisher.

Not only that, but no one with that killer instinct (Diego Costa, Drogba, Lampard, etc.) that can grab a game by the scruff of the neck and will the lads to victory. Too much passivity in the final 3rd. Jackson is not ready to be a single Striker. Have literally squandered 4-6 points these past two weeks.

says it all

zero shots on goal after the 20th minute?

zero?

WTF was with the three CBs lineup today? why?

two things I dont like about Poch, his subs dont make any sense and he still has the bad habit of being very slow to make in game adjustments

That was his knock during his Spurs tenure as well. He only has a Plan A.

I wouldn’t expect that to change at this point of his career if it hasn’t already.

Decent win vs Blackburn. Sanchez still garbage. Sterling is trying to be that scorer we need but he’s a damn ball hog- never passes it. Takes shots even if there’s a small chance to score. Had a nice goal tonight but all that does is give him confidence to keep shooting. Poch played all of our best players tonight…he really must want some silver this year

And somehow we almost give up a match-tying goal to Son.

Have to give it up to the Spurs. They played their asses off down 2 men.

It’s three points. Don’t care how we got it. Frick the Spurs. We’ve had our share of shitty luck so no apologies for this one. And yes, our back line is a concern.

That had to be the most nervy win against a side playing down TWO men for 40 minutes. Unbelievable. That Spurs nearly equalised on 2 occasions late in the match was inexcusable.

Oh, I agree. I'll take 3 points however we can get it.

It has been this club’s MO for years- blowing late leads. See Arsenal match earlier. We’re lucky TOT red carded themselves out of this one.
