Gallagher looks overwhelmed and slow. Kai is invisible. Raheem is active. Silva is a damn beast. Cucarella is the best signing of the summer.

Mendy with poor play but BA has a different pressing attitude than probably anyone in the Prem. That almost seems like shite scouting from our assistants to prepare Mendy.

We know they press. That’s not an excuse. Now down 2. We stink.

Time for Tuchel to make some changes at half.

is this management. No personnel changes at half when we need to chase the game.

Get Jorghino out of here.

jorghino was so bad. very slow. Gallagher honestly wasnt much better.

RLC looked unsure. Mount has been like a ghost in every game. disappointing response to that high effort performance from last week.

credit to Leeds that never let up.

terrible showing
Cucurella has been superb

tuchel wanted Havertz to be the EPL’s version of Thomas Mueller, but even Mueller needs a striker in front of him to be successful

good energy but feel like he missed some passes early in the game that could have got us some shots on goal.

We don't have a striker.

We don't have enough CB to play 3 in the back.

Half the guys on the team are playing out of position (some by necessity and some just head scratching decisions).

Our two center mids are both always injured.

It's going to take some doing to finish top 4 with this roster.

Covering for the statue known as Jorginho will make you look that way.

Any word on when Kovacic will be back? Having him and Kante both out is a killer. Would rather RLC or Chalobah play in the center over Jorginho though.

We have 4 very winnable games coming up before Liverpool and we need to take maximum points but can't with the lineup we saw today.

Without Kante and Kovacic we will struggle. Forget the lack of strikers, we are being schooled in the midfield.

Today sure but we completely dominated the midfield last week.

Not that I have seen.

I agree totally

RLC and Gallagher would be interesting

I agree. Mount and Sterling both seemed focus on taking on defenders (Sterling looked to be the more selfish of the two). In short, they both need service. Removing Jorginho, ironically, may help with service. I expect him to be pressed, meaning he won’t have possession. If he doesn’t have the ball, he can’t distribute. With no Kova or Kante to cover, he is exposed.

Additionally, I bench KH and play Mount up there. I would then put CHO or CP on his right.

All of that being said, who knows what team TT will put out. I will say this, it is intriguing.

This is true.

However, we were exposed this week. Expect the same tactics from the opposition if the team structure / personnel stay the same.

Reading one report that says transfer is off? Never know what to believe.

Emerson to West Ham.

We are very close to signing Fofana from Leicester. Rodgers publicly calling out that the player wants to go and dropping him out of first team training. LC losing leverage as the player actively wanting out of the team and the manager wanting this resolved. He will be a tremendous get for us (albeit expensive); creates a long-term solution for the backline.
