Well, loser's tourney, NIT, whatever. Well done by the boys to bring home another trophy. Ian Darke tweets that Mou is coming and that the Lampard contract seems legit so I'm pumped.

Yeah, no matter what he says, he is exaggerating. Just shows how spoiled Chelsea fans, including myself, have been. That being said, I always want us to win the silverware regardless of the competition. Saying you would rather lose the "loser's tourney" trophy than win it is just silly.

Although I think it is highly unlikely that there is a playoff, I still think it's bullshite. If we go past GD and GS tiebreaker after 38 games, wouldn't it make sense to go to head to head? Also if there is a playoff is that going to screw up the Chelsea trip to StL and NYC?

Clubs win silverware. It's the ultimate goal. The players certainly looked thrilled, why wouldn't the fans be?
