Disagree; if the arm is away from the body the player is opening himself up for a situation like this.

You almost certainly aren’t.
But the decisions have taken to long on almost every occasion i’ve Seen it used thus far.
Showing handballs in constant slo-mo is also a horrible way to distinguish handball and to award/not award a penalty.
If the head referee can’t view the instance himself someone who is not on the pitch should not be able to tell the head referee what they think should be called. The referee should have the final say in decisions and if the VAR is malfunctioning they shouldn’t rely on a PK being granted by someone off-pitch.

I agree in almost every instance but full speed there is nothing he can do. He jumps, arms extend. That is a natural body motion and position from his action.
The ball was pelted, there was zero time to react. I despise calls like that.
