So I have to wonder if we switch to Clyne for the final. TAA has zero chance against CR7

You definitely lose a lot in the attack, but you gain solidity in defense for sure.

TAA was lucky as shite on that and generally horrendous the whole game.

No idea what we're going to do in the final.

Hendo in the midfield is terrifying. He was so GD bad. don't recall him even winning a ball and completely a decently progressive pass out of it.

Man this final looks good on paper, but there is something missing from both teams. I guess the easiest description is cohesiveness, but that isn't even the correct term. Both teams are clearly good, but they also seem a step down from other CL finalists in previous years. I mean, these teams are also both 3rd in their domestic leagues, so it wouldn't be remiss to say that they both have something missing. I don't quite how to describe it.

Real Madrid are going to carve them up.

Giving up 6 goals in 2 legs to Roma is embarrassing. Piss poor defense.

Simple response... he’s not a DM and he’s actually done okay...

We may lose, but real has looked terrible the last few matches

Real does seem way better on paper, but they've lacked cohesion all season. The key battle will be Salah vs Marcelo, as if Marcelo can win that and drive at Pool's right side, it will also pin back Salah somewhat. Marcelo is the best LB in the world, so we will see what happens. Pool does have a lot of heart, but their midfield pales in comparison to Madrid's.
