No Martinelli today. Maybe he is being sold.

Also no Jesus, Nwaneri, Nelson, Vieira.

Not sure how you even bring more in without getting rid. Even if we sell Martinelli and bring in a winger, people on this team sheet won't make the squad every week. Saliba and Timber injured so you'd think that's two coming off when they are fit.

Bruno is also going to change our lives. Both seem to want to actually play the ball forward.

No rice or Zubimendi and we don't look outmatched in the midfield.

Havertz goal, Tzolis assist.

This is our league now.

Tzolis with the vision! You don't get 29 assists by fluke.

Tzolis seems to be a phenomenal purchase. What an arse beating today we gave them.

Quintuple is officially on!

I am worried about Martinelli now. I don't think they have anyone on the roster who replaces him, and I also don't think they will bring in anyone better than him with such short time left in the window.

Would like to get one more defender still, no telling what setbacks Saliba will have.

Yeah no one really has his catalog of break away goals.

I don't picture saka goals as defenders running after him and he's one on one with the keeper.

I think we will be fine.

Start of last season Havertz was out, Odegaard broke the record for getting subbed off injured or whatever. We had games without Saliba and Gabriel.

Other players like Gyokeres, Mosquera and Hincapie have a premier league season under their belt.

Looking back we got through the first part of last season well considering the injuries.

Looks like between WC and time off / preseason Odegaard is in top form.

Let's hope we can stay healthy this season. Last 2 seasons have been something else

Watched some highlights:

Midfield 3 of Bruno/Ode/MLS was great.

Saka looked like he had a good bit of burst, haven't seen that in a bit.

Tzolis might be the signing of the window

Saw a comment from Arteta either pre or postgame saying that in year 7 now, the players have generally been coached enough/know the system and he can set back and let them make their own decisions within the system. Hopefully that means more general fluidity in our attacking play (and today showcased that a bit I think).

Still would like another attacking signing.

Looked fantastic following a strong World Cup. This is going to be a very interesting end of the transfer window.
