Vini aside, I can't wait for this Havertz/Gyokeres 442 ball when we are trying to outphysical certain teams. I need that shite.

Fabrizio has gotten a lot if schtick this window, reddit trying to ban him. But he hasn't really been wrong.

From the beginning he said Vini won't go to Arsenal. And he's going to be right about Diomande.

Looking at other teams I feel like spurs will be stronger, but Liverpool, Newcastle and City could be weeker. Especially if city lose Rodri.

Ahh I guess I got to pay for it. I usually wait until after the CL draw to start my sub again and then cancel it once we are knocked out.

But I'm cheap like that.

Nvm, youtube and vpn works.

Losing 3-1 isn't great. Defense in shambles so far

Only 2 total touches in the box for Betis that half too

And on the other end Arsenal were pretty wasteful with a few missed opportunities

2nd half brought on Gabriel and Martinelli, and a bunch of guys who wont play. So of course the team did nothing.

Its all good, I downloaded a free vpn real quick and watched it on youtube.

Seeing 1st half highlights, they scored on a kepa mistake, then a havertz mistake, then a shite kepa clearance that we didnt win the second ball on.

So all fixable imo.

I like what I've seen of Meslier. Has made some good saves. Got down quick for that backheel. Only played like two 1/4s so far. But so far so good.

Realistically who out there can we get better than Martinelli?

Kvara no fricking way. Eze, Martinelli, Tzsolis just gonna have to split time. No way eze plays as much with Merino, Odegaard, Havertz healthy

was having the same conversation with another Arsenal fan. There’s really not much out there that’s attainable who’s also a clear upgrade.
All the obvious upgrades are either going to be prohibitively expensive or they are older guys You don’t want to spend big money on, someone like Luis Diaz.

Vini was a pipe dream. Would have loved to have gotten him, but it is what it is. Bruno G is a phenomenal signing so that happening at the same time softens the blow.

And I wouldn't necessarily call him an upgrade

I honestly hate how much he gets shite on. He was our leading scorer in the Champions League. He has also scored against big clubs. United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Bayern, Real Madrid.

Where are you really finding that? I don't think anyone we have been linked to is a clear upgrade other than Vini.

Seems like Alavarez is back to the top target. I guess he can play on the left. I'll be okay with it as long as we don't get rid of Gyokeres or Martinelli. Gyokeres scored more league goals than Alvarez and Havertz combined.

The issue with Martinelli is that his defensive work rate makes him worse offensively. Hence why he does so well off the bench. I also think that if he played under Wenger, for example, he would likely be a 15 goal wide forward. He's just so direct in a way that I wish Arteta would use more often.
