Good to see Jesus back on the pitch.

Go to a meeting and score 2 goals is nice

Why does he have to bring on Saka?

This is the stuff that gives people ammunition of overplaying and causing injuries.

You could come on and get a serious injury in a game you are up 3-0.

Yeah, kinda silly.

Good 3-0 win.

Pretty much wraps up top 8, and probably top 2 assuming we can beat Kairat at home

6-0 in the UCl and one goal conceded to the next German wonder kid. Get top two with the second leg at The Emirates for every knockout round and Arsenal will likely be the betting favorites for the title.

Man Martinelli is a damn joy to watch when there is space.

Yep. When Vick starts he should start.

I'm willing to give Vik more time to get up to game speed again, but man he has not looked good last weekend and today.

Loses so many duels. He is hardly able to be an outlet when we are playing over the press. I'm looking forward to getting Kai back and having more of that in our game

Gabriel Jesus looked great also.

Man, Eze/Jesus/Saka front line would be fun to watch. Just let the 3 roam all over the place

Havertz is who Arsenal have missed.

Always have a soft spot for him because he was unreal before the World Cup and completely changed our trajectory.

Couple of other notes:

-ALLOW MARTINELLI TO GET CENTRAL. So obvious he's not a touchline winger. Give him an overlapper and he will return to 22-23 form. (Jesus did this a few times in the game, just like he did in 22/23 season) Kai & Merino have a tendency to drift to the RHS

-MLS has regressed. Whatever defensive composure he had last year is gone. Not sure what role he has moving forward if this doesn't correct itself

-I like Cala as a CB over Hincapie. Let Hincapie be the overlapping LB when Martinelli or Eze play off the left

-Not a bad CB session for Norgaard. He should start as the 6 vs Wolves. Give Zubi a rest

-Glad Rice & Timber got full games off.

-Come out blasting on Saturday and make more rotations, then we have a week off before Everton.

-Top 2 essentially on lock assuming we beat 2nd to last place Kairat. Inter is in between Forest (A) & United (H). Use it for rotation, I beg.

Would love for Marli Salmon to get his premier league debut if the game is out of reach against Wolves

Lineup looks solid. Hopefully Gyokeres can get a few today.

Calafiori being suspended due to too many yellows is a good thing. He needs a rest also. Also love White getting more games.

I keep saying it but he’s going to play a huge role this season.

Would have been a good game to get Norgaard some run over Zubi

quote:

Arsenal: Raya; White, Saliba, Hincapie, Timber; Eze, Zubimendi, Rice; Saka, Gyokeres, Martinelli

Subs: Kepa, Lewis-Skelly, Norgaard, Merino, Odegaard, Trossard, Nwaneri, Madueke, Jesus

Might get to a point really good players don’t even make the bench.

Also not at least starting MLS seems silly. Give Timber another rest

Would have liked to have seen Odegaard & Eze in midfield together as well

Supposedly he was ready for Brugge but club held him back.

Timber and Rice at least got midweek rests
