Also, why can't Nwaneri get minutes?
He's played like 90' total since playing the full 90 vs Brighton in OCTOBER

quote:I think it just boils down to he hasn’t been all that good this year. He was ok in the start against Prague, but he wasn’t good enough to warrant getting minutes ahead of Eze when we faced a top 4 sunderland. Then the Eze hat trick against shite meant he’d stay in the lineup against the #2 team in the world. Stamford Bridge after that.
Also, why can't Nwaneri get minutes?
All that to say that he wasn’t going to be getting any minutes in November barring an extreme catastrophe since Ø had finally come back from injury and we were playing several crucial games. Really the only game apart from today that he maybe could’ve started would’ve been Brugge in place of Merino. But that would’ve required playing him left 8, which won’t work since he likes to cut in from the right and shoot on his left foot.
I think the main issue is he just hasn’t developed the way Arteta hoped he would (which you could always point to him not having enough game time as the reason). He's just not been good enough to get a lot of minutes for the current best team in the world. And that’s ok. I’d say a 6 month loan would do him some good but I also don’t think that’s sensible at all unless we can bring in a replacement for him.

Hey board, going across the pond to watch my first Arsenal game in person.
Plan on arriving January 23 departing on January 27.
Need recs for tickets, travel to and from the game as well as much sees.
Been to London before and did the big bus tour so won’t need to go sightseeing but want to check out some places. This is a solo soccer trip so open to suggestions.

Looks like we play yanitttttted that week on Sunday the 25th. Idk my baw those tix may be extraordinarily difficult to come by. The 3rd party sites are frowned upon in England or straight up illegal. You can still find a ticket but it will be extremely difficult especially with us being top of the league facing one of our 2 biggest rivals ever.
Other than that, take the tube blue line towards cockfosters. Get off on Halloway Road, Arsenal, Or Finsbury park.

No timber or white. Wonder if we go for Guehi. Would be awesome just for the Liverpool melt.

Yeah fricked that up.
It's Saliba, Hincapie, Calafiori backline.
Guess we're going with a 3 back?
4 midfielders in the lineup
Maybe Rice as a RB?

We give up goals in the last few min, and City always scores them. Damn

Hopefully the attacking can put a few away early

And Cala picked up a knock in warmups.
MLS in.
We have 1 healthy defender on the bench. Cool

Great shot from Odegaard.
Good to see from him, 1-0 Gunners
Our first open play goal in like 2 weeks
