Also, after we scored the players lost their heads a little bit.

Saw a stat that said after the 83rd min we attempted 23 passes and only completed 6

Feels like we should have done the Odegaard possession spam session and they just didn't. Booted it up the pitch far too often

Well I guess this could mean that Ben White could still be on the team next year. He deserves every bit of our success. Now we desperately need Timber back for the final or we got Mosquera vs. Kvara. Not horrible but prefer Timber even if it's 45 mins

That was actually a pretty reckless tackle. He almost went over the ball. But def did stamping down motion.

There was also a shite tackle on Gyokeres ankle that didn't get called.

The tackle that hurt Benny wasn't a foul

Yeah they resorted to this way too early. I totally get it at the very end of the game like Atletico, but it would be nice if we could rely on superior technical quality sometimes and keep possession.

Mosquera can do the job against Burnley and Palace. Timber needs to be healthy for that PSG game though.

Kvaratskhelia is going to be a problem. He is beyond phenomenal at receiving the ball in PSG's half and just bringing them to the other teams' box. His 1 v 1 finishing and speed is dangerous.

I also think he would be in contention for the Ballon d'Or if people could accurately spell his name, but I mean what is those combinations of letters together

Finally saw the controversial VAR incident. Least controversial things I've ever seen.

It's stupid as shite that the Ballon D'or just goes to Messi or Ronaldo or player who had 3 good semifinal and final of the champions league games.

Kvara is amazing but him and Dembele have played like 20 league games combined. frick that

For a clear foul on the GK?

Sure dude. A clear and obvious fouls that took 7 minutes to decide.

I wonder if they looked at Rice damn near dry humping Dino.

Or you know, maybe next time Trossard should actually be looking at the ball when he starts grabbing West Ham players?

As a trusted lover of VAR, surely they checked on both of these with due diligence. Right?

It’s the time span of potential infractions. Raya was clearly impeded, he would have easily caught that cross.

Honestly it should be Kane.

At what point during the time span were Rice and Trossard not holding on the West Ham players?

How many times did you actually rewatch in real time? Raya had 0 intention of jumping up and getting that ball. He reached up and flayed about on contact.

PL refs have allowed the grappling to go on basically unabated all year.

Pablo is holding Raya's arm and Raya's jersey is being pulled from the back. You can't grab or hold the GK while he's trying to catch a ball. It's ok to be upset about VAR taking as long as they did, it's absurd. But it is a clear foul no matter how you slice it.

Go ahead and find me an instance of a player holding the keepers arm while he is actively going to catch a ball and it NOT being a foul. Arsenal had a goal called back a few years ago vs Brighton because VAR saw Ben White holding the GKs arm down.

Raya is one of, if not the best cross claimers in the game. If he could have caught it, he would have, except he was impeded. Why would he NOT try to catch it? It basically would have ended the game. He wasn't "flailing" to draw a foul, how would he know they were going to score afterwards?

Todibo is dragging Raya from as soon as the ball is kicked. He doesn't seem very interested in the ball either

In your opinion, were Rice, Odegaard, and Trossard all committing penalties at the same time - or no?
