Do my eyes deceive me? A goal from open play!

Okay let’s keep going.
Don’t let this shite arse team hang around.

Yeah, but the goals that matter are the ones we don't take. We are the champions of stats. Not a single team is scared of our attack.

In fairness to Spurs the keeper is what 13 years old?
Posted on 1/15/25 at 2:47 pm to Sandperson
He is a deer in headlights and we need to take advantage of it.

I thought that about United’s keeper in the first half. Just keep pressuring him. Then he got his shite together.
But our goal did come from him punching the ball straight up in the air instead of up and out.

Exactly. We have a tendency to completely control games then we drop off and get punished. Force a young GK into pressure situations and hope that mistakes will come from it.

Huge.
Now go buy a fricking forward. We are in this shite. We should be getting Ben white back soon, we have the bodies in midfield. We need a goal scorer.

It's incredible how bad we are in front of goal. Kai is a fricking useless giraffe, Captain O has the yips, Leo is dog water 90% of the time, yet we still beat Shittenham

Kai was frustrating again. Missed those headers and was in a good position and just hospital balled it to sterling.

We didn’t play great but it was 0-1 when i struggling to find the game pay the bastards at peacock etc. I finally for it on big TV at 38 minute and was glad I did. We aren’t playing great but we are in second place and hanging in there.
That new kid looked great btw.

18 yr old MLS gets man of the match, what a player he is
Posted on 1/15/25 at 5:45 pm to texastiger38
Several players & Arteta chirping about needing to add to the attack, so hopefully we get some news soon
Posted on 1/15/25 at 6:02 pm to texastiger38
630 days since Arsenal last lost a league game against a big 6 opponent. 16 straight games. Arteta is so under appreciated here.
Posted on 1/15/25 at 6:26 pm to saderade
that’s incredible considering how bad they were the previous few years
does help the big 6 clubs for the most part have not been playing like it
heard jesus tore is acl…this the season of unfortunate injuries

He's such a stud. That yellow on him was total shite. I want to see him play alongside rice when we're back healthy defensively
Nwaneri and MLS are great to have in the pipeline.

Phenomenal win. I mean honestly probably the best win of the season so far considering how low in confidence we were combined with Liverpool drawing their last 2 PL games.
Just keep grinding out wins. Don't care how it looks, just get it done and be in striking distance come April.
The next 4 games to end January are beyond massive. 2 PL wins and we stay close to Liverpool. 2 CL wins and we get an extended break in our congested fixture schedule which the team really needs. Arteta already said they will do something similar to the Dubai trip last year. I am sure the team really needs that at the moment.
vs Aston Villa
vs Dinamo Zagreb (UCL)
at Wolves
at Girona (UCL)
