Fabio Vieira has shown some massive improvement this season. He looks real good.

I feel very comfortable with him in that Xhaka left 8 role especially when we are chasing a goal or trying to batter teams even more

I was just thinking, isnt Everton the only club other than Arsenal that hasnt been relegated?

Well I want them to get relegated.

First English team with 100 wins against another. Glad we kept that clean sheet at the end. Hopefully Maupay has to pick up a second job as a fry cook soon.

I think that's right.

We need 35 of 39 points to be Champions. 13 games left:

Bournemouth
@Fulham
Crystal Palace
Leeds United
@Liverpool
@West Ham
Southampton
@Man City
Chelsea
@Newcastle
Brighton
@Nottingham Forest
Wolves

City has:

Newcastle
@Crystal Palace
West Ham
Liverpool
@Southampton
Leicester City
@Brighton
Arsenal
@Fulham
Leeds United
@Everton
Chelsea
@Brentford

For some dumbass reason every writer thinks that football in England didn’t start until 1992, so everything pre-EPL is irrelevant. But I was able to find this about the only 6 teams to not be relegated since the formation of the premier league

quote:

Last top-flight relegation

Arsenal - 1912/13
Everton - 1950/51
Liverpool - 1953/54
Manchester United - 1973/74
Tottenham - 1976/77
Chelsea - 1987/88

Top flight for over 100 consecutive years, you can’t sing that

Well those dates make it seem like Arsenal and Everton have been in the topflight the longest consecutively.

And the 100 wins is a crazy stat too.

need somebody to come up with a magic number thing like MLB has that tracks how many wins we need and losses we need City to get

Numbers wise, city can win all their remaining games and Arsenal still win the league.

Not the magic number I was looking for but it’s guaranteed we’ll be playing premier league ball next season boys

frick Neil Maupay. Jesus is back in team training so hopefully he debuts in the next 2 weeks. It will be curious how Arteta rotates with the Europa starting Thursday. This is the first time in years we are legitimately 2 deep at every position.

Just finished the replay and what a great result. I'm really liking this Trossard signing (and Jorgi for that matter). His versatility across the front is and will be crucial.

Might as well change Hale End to the Saka Academy. He's top class and will be a problem in the red & white for a long time.

We keep moving!

The drive to 35. I like that. 4 goals, gave up none and no real bad defensive collapses and I saw my boy ESR finally got a little playing time. Can’t go much better than that boys.
Let’s get it to 33 this weekend
