Did anyone catch Nketiah doing a 1-2 with Saka and Saka running wide open in their box and Nketiah passes it back Ceballos who smashes it over from 25 yards.
I fricking hate this club. Easy goal for Saka if that pass is made.

I can't really fault Ceballos too much, while the quality is missing at times, he certainly is at least trying out there. Might be one of the only players with any aggression or will currently.
Very much growing tired of Auba being largely invisible, he needs to do something to step up.
Might also be time to take Nketiah off for Laca, I don't know, but a change needs to be made, even despite some unlucky/unfortunate plays leading to their goal and no penalty call for Arsenal.

We are a red card MACHINE!!!

While I am in agreement that Arteta has got to go, and he might have lost the locker room, you would be hard pressed to completely blame him for the lack of accountability from the players for their Red cards. Arsenal might have been getting back into the match against Burnley, and now Southampton only to have a Red completely ruin that idea.

Holding off the bar in the 92nd.
I'd have celebrated like we won the Champions League if that went in

Theo Walcott destroyed us. Miss him so much. Much rather have him than fricking Willian.
This team is full of retards, but AMN, Saka, Tierney, and a couple of others are players that need to be more involved than Luiz or Willian. Gabriel too, but that red card was fricking stupid. Nketiah needs to work on his build-up play and one touch passing. Willock came on and actually did well, considering he did the simple thing of just running at pace with the ball.
The first half was dreadful though.

I'd like to see a ceballos/Willock midfeild 2 against everton. We've got to get some kind of athleticism into the midfield. I actually thought we had more attacking intent today than I've seen in a long time, just no quality/lack of execution. so many easy and simple passes or touches that we just didnt execute. at least 5 or 6 times aubu ran into space and the delivery was either well over hit or well under hit. its insane.

Willock seems to be the only midfielder we have who wants to run with and without the ball. Ceballos falling down in the box should have him benched.

Missed the game. I assume no improvements were made.

I'd say we actually attacked well just before Gabriel's red.

yeah we had more attacking intent but still no execution really. Ceballos falling was pitiful thats probably a goal if he looks to score or pass instead of looking to be fouled. I think the pressure is getting to them everyone looks so tight and afraid to mess anything up.
on the bright side, even though pepe wasnt super involved, most build up was down the left, he was in the game and took up very dangerous positions. imagine what a real creative midfielder could do with pepe and saka on the wings.

I may sound crazy but I think Rob Holding has been the most consistent player this year outside of KT?

Nah, Gabriel has been the best player, even with his ridiculous red card today.

No doubt he’s been the best but most consistent I’m talking about. I may very well be wrong but I can’t remember him having a bad game or a goal being his fault.

Yeah that was bs, a Willock or Saka with that ball gets a shite off.
but he did put in some good tackles he got a foul on one he got the ball clean then the player fell on him.
He's going to have to play because xhaka out for 2 more games and Partey hurt. Plus I don't want xhaka playing for us anymore. He should have been gone after the palace incedent.
At least we got a point and Auba got his goal.

His worst match. That goal was his fault, he came way too high for the ball with Elneny already there.
He came high for Walcott and got turned then panicked.
He needs to learn when to and not to be as aggressive.
But he's been our best player.

Holding actually played some superb passes today. If he can continue that then we won't need Luiz.

I somewhat agree but its a million times better than watching 3 defenders back away from a guy on the ball and letting him get whatever shot off they want uncontested. Tierney moved into an empty space instead of marking the man.
Also holdings passing has been excellent, I used to think he was just a low block defender but he is proving me wrong.
