would kinda like gala to draw with dortmund at least. secures us moving on as well as puts us in the driver's seat wrt winning the group. unfortunately, dortmund have been as good in europe as they've been bad in germany.

You know that won't happen. Pot 2... frick..

The consistency Wenger has shown in Europe is unreal. It will be wrapped up to advance, we never get lucky on the next draw... ever. Give us Porto or something..

I can't make Finn's either. Saving up vacation time for a San Diego trip coming up. I will shut my office door and put "On a conference call" sign on it though. I will post lineups once in about 15 minutes when they are released.

Pretty standard lineup. Would have liked to see Podolski but cannot argue with this.

If it's still 2-0 around the 60th does Wenger think about trotting out Walcott, and Sanogo to give them a run and possibly rest Sanchez?

So much for that, a clear as day offsides goal, and now Monreal football tackling the striker in the box. Kinda ruins goal differential.

Is it a coincidence we look like shite with Flamini in the game?

What a letdown. Offsides goal screwed us. Can't wait to see what defenders we pick up, we need them badly

Offsides goal
I just knew somehow that the offsides goal would come back to screw us in the end.

That offsides goal was critical. If that didn't happen we would still have had all the momentum.

Gonna have to watch the replay later, but it sounds like Ramsey is continuing to struggle. I wonder if his freakish run of goal scoring last year has ultimately hurt his game. He was always at his best for me when covering a ton of ground and being rewarded with goals, and at his worst when tricking every flick, spin, and complicated move in the book when the simpler play was there.

To be fair, the sooner we are out of this competition, the sooner we can focus on qualifying for this competition
