Like last week ... Early score and now we're starting to look skittish.

Podolski's score didn't look skittish. I'm loving our counter attacks with this lineup.

Sagna and Jenkinson have stepped up well.

Really like what we're seeing out of Ramsey. This is starting to sound like a broken record, which is a good thing.

I've been saying it about Ramsey for a while. Now if we could get jack and him to play together as a unit.

it feels like we're playing a 4-_-1-4-1. rosicky and santi have been much more of a double pivot and Ramsey is playing super high.

I've enjoyed watching this Rosisky/Santi pairing. IMO, Rosicky is one of our more underrated players.

And as I type this, Bent scores off a great play by Berbatov.

it was enjoyable, but we were living dangerously.

really good performance. few thoughts:

-baccy is fricking good. had a down campaign (for him) last season but he's looked great this preseason and season at RB and CB. love that we kept him and hope we extend him.

-Ramsey played well, but didn't particularly have a great match by his recent standards. his MOTM pick was curious because Santi was fricking awesome today.

-poldi had one of his better matches in an arsenal shirt in terms of pressing and being involved in build up play. still didn't offer much in those areas. what he can do is fricking finish. I don't like him in our top XI but he would be a very, very good depth piece, if we signed someone like di maria.

-full props to szcz. I ripped him last week. he was great today.

-this is more what I expected. the villa match was an overreaction due to an injury, a couple of unlucky calls, and an unfit santi. we still need to add depth, but we're a very good team.

Agree with everything you said, particularly on the first two points.

I thought Santi looked like his old self and played extremely well. I agree on MOM, I would have given it to Casthorla or possibly Poldi over Ramsey. Ramsey played well but wasn't spectacular, and had some pretty reckless challenges.

3 goals in 3 matches for Giroud. So far, he has showed superb touch on the ball and has done very well in linkup play. That goal he had was a bit lucky on the touch, but the finish was pure class. Good composure in delivering the strike. I think he has taken a tremendous step forward this year and I'm looking forward to seeing how he does in maintaining his current form.

I thought Ramsey controlled the tempo well. There were times when Fulham pressed us very high up the field and our midfield played through them quite easily. Ramsey is developing into our Arteta replacement. He had lots of touches and again was all over the field.

I thought so too, just had a couple bad giveaways and poor tackles. it was a very good performance.

He doesn't play the same role as arteta imo.

The problem with jack and ramsey is they both tend to go forward too much
