Jack wilshere would be unreal to play in the same team as. Just give him the ball until he's tired of it

He doesn't play the same role as arteta imo.

Not yet but I think he will grow into thst role. Arteta plays the way he does partly due to a lack of mobility. Ramsey's game is built around running. He's also learning now how to speed up the tempo when we need to get faster.

Agreed. Ramsey is a work horse. Always running and always looking to push the tempo. He has been brilliant since January.

I agree with this but often times when he has the ball in the final third he will spin around dribbling the ball looking for passes, or he will dribble across the pitch. I would much rather him knock it around and then open himself up for a return, pass and move. Just work the ball around a bit quicker.

The pitch gets congested in the final third. Too many bodies in very little space.

My comment is more geared towards when Arsenal are in transition, or when we aren't playing a team hunkered down at the back.

It's just more apparent the contrasting styles when you have Cazorla out there. The very quick passes with the aim of going forward, one cut and dribble past the defender and then pass.

With Ramsey when he finds himself pushed up forward I would just like him to play a bit quicker and get it off his feet a bit sooner. He has every intention of being aggressive, and direct going to goal. As seen by his shots outside the box, and dribbles toward goal. I'm just not the biggest fan of his slaloming dribbles across the pitch, or his lengthy dribbles ultimately going backwards away from the goal.

What is the prognosis for Thomas Eisfeld? He scored a brace in a reserves game this week. He looked promising in the very brief spot duties performed for the first team.

not sure. we don't seem to love him, but he's a very good goal scorer. surely a loan prospect.

Speaking of keepers, is Vorm a viable target? He was linked to Pool at the very beginning of the year. 29 years old, last valuation around 7.5 mil GBP per transfermarkt. I really have no clue about keeper targets.

no clue. I just hope our desperation purchases this year are more Per and Arteta than Park.

Just watched Saturday's match.

Santi should've been Motm. Brilliant performance. I love when he's in the hole rather than on the wing.

That turned out to be a really balanced line up for us. With shitty conditions, a tight pitch, and a good press, we controlled the pace. Ramsey was good, quite good, and if he gets those one or two bonehead moments out of his system he will be set.

Looking forward to tomorrow's match. Hope to see some new faces so we need to get a goal or two early.

Is this picture remastered? Some of the faces look fake and damn it is a clear picture.

The players look brighter. I bet some of those guys smoked cigarettes while out on the pitch and I'm sure some of them went off into the trenches the year later.
