Also, I don't like the idea of Flamini and Arteta playing at the same time

Well that lasted about 9 minutes...

But I think I'd rather see Arteta/Flamini paired with Ramsey, with Walcott, Ozil, and Carzola behind Giroud. Waiting for this to happen...

Need to hold on here. I thought the Palace player initiated contact then there was a tangle of the feet.

Bad call agreed. But I don't know why mertesacker and kos were both up leaving Arteta one on one when we already had the lead

Also depending on flaminis injury we're now missing both our CDM against Pool and Man U

Should just be a one match ban for Mikel

Ah ok was just about to ask for clarification on that. So at least we get him back for Man U which is clutch bc Flamini is out at least 3 weeks. Be interesting how defensive Ramsey and Wilshere can be against pool

Tough win. Gutted one out on the road. Wouldn't have won this one in the last two years.

got a question that hopefully someone will know

have any of you ever been to the Emirates to see a match? I was curious how they sell tickets and if you have to be a member at the club to purchase? How hard is it to get tickets?

thanks

i have. i got tickets with a membership. it was easy, but membership is like $40. ended up i couldn't use those though and rushed to the CL game midweek instead. bunch of scalpers. i played hardball and got them for 10 pounds under face. there's tons out there available through that method. depends on the match, i'd imagine, as to whether they are pricier or not.

Good win. Some BS calls IMO.

Keeper played well and Giroud was excellent. I really enjoy watching him play.

Just wanted to drop in here to say how much Tottenham pisses me off. Carry on.

Robbie Savage hates you guys more than I do. Him going off on MOTD last night was funny stuff.

Hating arsenal is fine, but Robbie savage is a horrible analyst. Occasionally entertaining though.

they paid an awful lot for a PK taker.

i think our two teams have been somewhat fortunate with their early season results, but Spurs have been largely poor and overwhelmingly lucky. that was never a PK.

We've certainly played poorly by our standards (more so Liverpool than Arsenal). But that team has been shite, and is inexplicably sitting on 19 points. Hopefully form will catch up with them.

We signed Gnabry to a new long term deal. Very exciting.

He will get to play tomorrow when our second squad gets trounced by Chelsea
