Can't wait for the match. Come on Arsenal!

We outplayed them by a mile in the first half. They haven't created anything besides from the set piece goal. We were unlucky not to score a couple goals. Giroud should come in for Ramsey. Its not that Ramsey is playing bad. In fact he has been very good. It is just we need width. He and Podolski both tucking in leaves us too narrow. Move Gervinho out right and bring in Giroud.

Cannot say I agree with you on that one. Our possession and chances have come from remaining narrow and controlling the midfield. Our midfield rotating box has been instrumental in releasing players on the counter and squeezing space in defense. Plus, with Ramsey being quality this game, City haven't been able to man mark Cazorla, so he has had more freedom.
Gervinho has been absolutely wasteful with the ball. If anyone comes off, it needs to be him. I would even think about making a like-for-like swap and put Theo or Ox up there. Man City defense looks tired from their midweek match, which has been evident from lazy tackles from Kompany and being beaten to the ball on 50-50s into space. Speed with a bit of touch could open up the second half for a goal.

Great result in a very difficult place to get one. Will definitely take it.

A draw away to the defending champs. I will take it. We didn't play as well in the 2nd but we found a way to grab a draw. That is what Champions do. Theo sucks. Why play him over Ox? Defense was solid again. Really proud to be a Gunners fan today. Well done boys!

Anyone else really impressed with Ramsey today? I thought he looked great today

Ramsey has looked good all season. Wenger should rotate him and Diaby more. His passing is back, he is actually running at and by people, and he seems to be enjoying his football again.

Arsenal is going to be dangerous when Giroud finds his place.

Ramsey isn't nearly as burned out as he was last season. He also doesn't have all the pressure to be the creative player. Instead of being the substitute for Ramsey and Fab, he can defer to Cazorla and let the game come to him again. He excelled today. Really thought everyone looked good with the exception of Gervinho and 1 bad error from Mannone.
Gerv was absolutely wasteful and detrimental today. The team even stopped moving and started tracking back when the ball would be at his feet. They even knew he was just going to give it up. Should have been subbed at half time. He is great against lesser teams who want to keep play open like your Southamptons, Swanseas, etc. But a team that is going to bully you and play stout defense is not his area.

I thought Giroud looked a little bit better even though the sample size was 15 minutes. It also doesn't help that Gervinho would rather hold onto it and dribble into Kompany or Zabaleta.
I wish they could have sustained the form they had before that cheap corner.

More like dribble through kompany, zabaleta, lescott, silva, and clichy all at once

I was thinking the same thing. I just don't see how Walcott can bring anything meaningful to the table.

Jenkinson has improved more than I've ever seen anyone improve in a similar time span. Clearly he's worked hard to improve. Was MOTM today for me.

I was hoping they'd take gervinho off first instead of poldi and put on ox. I thought Walcott brought on some nice counters and attacking pace (preferred him over gervinho this game)
