Anything someone uses to protect their feet from getting kicked in a game?

I just had a game, and my feet are bruised on the inside, so i was wondering does anyone use like a pad or something to protect the inside of your feet?

when you hit puberty, there's this thing that happens where you aren't as much of a little bitch when playing sports.

Don't think that I've ever had that problem with my feet, ankle sure. Pull your foot out of these ostensibly ridiculous challenges once in a while.

Ignore the douches in this thread.
Do you get hit on the inside of your feet? Bruising? that is weird.
I used to get plantar fasciitis after playing but eventually it went away. No bruises though.
If you are really concerned, ask your parents about it and have them schedule a doctor's appointment. Try Catherine Johnson if you're in Baton Rouge. She's a foot specialist that I've seen and is fantastic.

I'll take that as a compliment.

Apparently you don't either if you are continuously getting bruises on the inside of your feet.

Some vaginitis may help

Are you sure the bruising is from being kicked/hacked at, or is it maybe just from the shoes themselves? Really weird to bruise on your instep from a game, I'd think it would require getting taken down hard enough to be memorable. Your instep doesn't react well to getting hit, would be really painful/possibly cramp up your foot from being struck there.
If not, I'd look into your cleats and make sure they fit properly. Pounding your instep because your shoes don't fit well is no bueno. They're not new cleats you're breaking in still are they?
