Tailgate was dead today. Hopefully we get a good crowd. Pretty empty in here right now

Pity has to stop laying on the ground for 5 minutes every time he goes down.

Is Goslin alive? Not in the 18 today, wasn't in the 18 last night.

I liked de Boer as a player, but this is bad. He must have lucked out with Ajax. Inter and Palace were awful under him.
Not that they were great teams when he took over, but Ajax has been established before I was born as a talent producing club.
shite, I still think John O'brien would have been talked about with the US greats if not for the injuries.

Family and I had a nice time at the match today. It’s a shame we’ve played 5 matches of trash soccer this season, though.

Barco and Pity and Villalba and Carleton and Nagbe are excellent and quality square pegs being hammered into a stubborn De Boer round hole.
Darren Eales needs to pay for his awful, awful mistake. fricking dumbass. He's definitely putting it all into his Tottenham philosophy and heritage.
Edit: Ohmigod, just saw the most hilarious thing: Frank Da Bore.

Yeah, we’ll see if De Boer makes adjustments, but his tenure has been less than impressive thus far. Seems to me like he’s trying to change way too much too soon in a successful team that returns nearly everyone. The players already look frustrated.
It would take drastic underperformance for him to be sacked in Year 1, but I don’t think it’s out of the question if Atlanta seem headed down Toronto’s path from last year. With the new playoffs format, every game is now more important. Can’t afford to drop points at home against (probably) one of the weakest teams in the league.

Frank De Boer: Atlanta United fans are "spoiled".
Yep, we have an owner and a front office that began this organization clearly vowing to the fans of the city of Atlanta that they intended to play an exciting brand of football and compete for championships from the very beginning. No slow "breaking in" period, every effort to WIN and BE EXCITING was promised to the fans as the core of the AUFC organization from Day One.
Yet AUFC fans are "spoiled".
I think I'm beginning to understand why De Boer's two previous stops prior to AUFC were mighty short ones.

Anyone think we have a real chance tonight?
I was just talking to my buddy about how lazy he looks out there compared to miggy. It's really frustrating watching him get knocked off the ball and just laying around complaining. Never seems to try and help get the ball back/pressure.
