Beginning to think our round pegs do not fit in FdB's square holes.

Pity plays with indifference.

We know that they have built small soccer areas at the MARTA stations at 5 points and West End. Well yesterday, they announced that they plan to expand that to Doraville, Lindbergh, Civic Center, Bankhead, Hamilton E. Holmes, East Lake, Kensington, and East Point.

Are we not supposed to pronounce the 2nd "g" in Gallagher?

They are putting soccer fields in/adjacent to MARTA stations. They eventually hope to put them in enough stations so that kids/adults can kind of form a city wide league without having to worry about owning a car, getting a ride, etc. Just ride MARTA to your game. I know AUFC has brought some kids into the academy after seeing them play at 5 points.

Are these government or privately (or charitably) funded?

Can someone explain how that wasn’t a foul on the goal keeper when he came studs up on Josef?
Posted on 3/17/19 at 7:01 pm to bodask42
That will never result in a penalty.
Posted on 3/17/19 at 7:03 pm to pvilleguru
Why not? He was no where near the ball, and came in dangerous. I don’t know the rule, but it seems way too lenient to the goal keeper if that wouldn’t give them a foul.

Must be hard work to take a team with Josef Martinez, Pity Martinez, Tito Villalba, and Julian Gressell and maintain majority possession and NOT have a shot on target.

The keeper wasn't coming out to Josef. His body was retracting after stretching out to attempt a save. Josef slid a few yards into the keeper. The shot was already taken and past the keeper when they came together. I could go on.
