Fenerbahce is being seriously linked with Jack Wilshere, Kurt Zouma, Bas Dost, Mario Pasalic, and Alfredo Morelos from Rangers. And we may try to keep Vincet Janssen as well.
Obviously I don't think all of these will happen, but one of the main scions of the country's second wealthiest family just became the club chairman. He then hired Damien Comolli as the director of football, and Philip Cocu is the new coach, so they will all be looking to make a big splash.
I like seeing the vast majority of the targets be guys in their early to mid 20s with good resale value.

I'd be interested in seeing Jack in Turkey. He's still a great dribbler and a great passer, but he's more a DLP than a no.10 but he's played his whole career as if playing a deeper role is an audition for a no 10 role. If he committed to being a DLP for any period of time, I think he could have been among the best in the world, but he wanted to dribble from deep positions all the time, which was the source of numerous injury problems. He's still a good dribbler, but he's lost some speed off the dribble. He's still very good at making space for himself, but his love of dribbling gets in the way of his effectiveness as a no.10, which is why I think he needs to focus on the deep role and eschew some of of his dribbling tendencies.

We have a great 10 already, Giuliano (one of the last cuts from the Brazil team), so as long as we can hold on to him, then he will have that spot.
As with all flashy teams, our defense is old and lacks depth so our best DM will basically be a central defender all season long because he is a nice guy and has been on the team for so long that he isn't seen as a fancy toy in any way (Mehmet Topal). So as a result, I think if we actually get Jack, and he actually manages to stay a) healthy and b) remotely interested in staying in Turkey, then there is a nice spot for him as a DLP with the right guys in front of him and behind him.
My dream line-up for the season would have Kameni in goal, Isla at right back and two of Zouma/Skrtel/Topal in central defense. For some reason we are insanely lopsided with two left backs and no other left footed wing players on the entire team.
Wilshere, Souza, and Giuliano would be the central midfield (DLP, destroyer, and AM). Valbeuna is great as a utility guy.
Nabil Dirar is still a hell of a right winger.
Forward for now would be Soldado. If Bas Dost is any good against physical defenders, that is another player with even more firepower. Or that Colombian kid, Morelos from Rangers. And maybe we will get Vincent Janssen on loan for another year from Tottenham.

i wanted to do one, but i figured this board would get their pussy twisted because "we already have a transfer thread"....and because it involves tottenham.

Nah Chelsea are gonna sell them Hazard for like 30 mil and then spend 35 to bring in Shaqiri.

In the last week Madrid have denied making world record bids for Neymar and Mbappe

I just don’t believe Neymar goes to Real.
PSG are complete dicks about their players under contract and do not sell if they don’t want to. Now of course Neymar could just stop showing up, but I don’t think psg would even sell him then just to prove a point.

No, i’m Just annoyed at how shite this board has been during the World Cup.
And somehow, the shite posting Tottenham fans have become worse than Liverpool posters.
Nobody cares about your team and it’s signings enough to clog up the main page. The Ronaldo one is one thing, but A club trying to buy Pulisic and more almost assuredly failing is not a story. Keep it to the either the club’s season thread or the transfer one.

It's not really all of their fans, it's just him. He just shite posts so much that it feels like there are 10 or 20 of them on here spamming.
