Yes, because of an advertising deal. Seriously.

I'm not familiar with the situation, care to elaborate? I'd love to hear more about this.

Oh, and a few Spurs rumors - one of which I believe, the other seems to be fantasy.

He signed a sponsorship agreement with a Mexican tv station who ended up getting Ligue 1 rights. They wanted a Mexican star for Ligue 1, so they shopped him to any French club willing. Nearly ended up at PSG, ended up at Ajaccio instead.

hmm interesting. still, don't think it helps his case that only two clubs were interested and the club that signed him was newly promoted to Ligue 1.

Ochoa is a pretty good keeper. And he's been hyped for a while. It's not like his play came out of nowhere. He could probably play at a top level team if that team wanted to take a chance.

On a free? He´ll end up as number two at a good side.

I know it's Lalas, but he said Japan's left back Nagatomo might be joining Arsenal? First I've heard of this.

Diego Costa has done nothing to impress me in the World Cup. Not very happy about this transfer for Chelsea...he is a point man with very little creativity. He has done nothing to impress me with his creativity. He seems to position himself well and relies on excellent passes from teammates to create easy opportunities for him.

Not a top tier striker if that is his skill set, IMO. I do not see him breaking down a Prem defense when they pout 10 behind the ball.

Decent cover for Gibbs who is only healthy about 65% of the time. Monreal who I do like, is better as a defensive mid-field substitute than a straight LB.
